Moveworx Removals and Storage is owned by Scott Harris. Scott started in the moving industry in the early 1990s and brings over 20 years experience to the business. Scott has been involved with Ku-Ring-Gai Removals, one of the brands brought together to create Moveworx Removals and Storage, since 2005.
Moveworx Removals and Storage delivers quality service at realistic prices, because the owner recognises that people wanting to move are simply trying to solve a problem – getting their household goods from their current home to their next (or into storage) as safely as possible with a minimum of fuss.
When asked what makes Moveworx Removals and Storage different from its peers, Scott believes the answer lies simply with happy customers. Scott says: “We start with the aim to have happy customers who want to tell their friends about how good their moving experience with us was. I find that this goal defines all our strategies, actions and efforts from the initial phone contact with us to the guys out there doing the work – you naturally provide great service when you want your customers to say nice things about you. In our industry, you’re only as good as your last few jobs and everyone at Moveworx Removals and Storage understands this. We really feel like we’ve achieved something when someone calls us wanting to move and they mention that a friend recommended us. When this happens, it’s hard evidence that we’re doing things right.”
Moveworx Removals and Storage is a family business, with both Scott and his wife Natalie involved in the day to day running of the operation.
